BioThere's not much I can say about me. I write fiction (fannish or not) of the male/male kind. More than I write, I read it although my current passion is for translated manga... I've been reading that more.
As for my posting policies:
1) ALL my fanfiction is open to the public. I do use the adult filters for the more adult stuff, but if you're old enough - totally accessible. Sometimes (actually quite often) I forget to downgrade my default filter... but it's not that high a rating. If I don't want to share it with everyone, I don't post it.
2) Having said that, my original fiction is on a custom filter - only some of my friends get to see it. That's because it's mostly unedited and I don't want to spam my friends with it who aren't interested. (not that I manage to write much of these often. I'm trying to more regularly, but not exactly suceeding.) So, if you don't see it and want to, let me know and I'll add you to the filter. - This might change soon... maybe. I'm in the process of rethinking my policy.
3) Personal stuff is all friends locked - even my things-to-do posts. (except when I forget). If you're here just to read fic, you're not interested, right? I only get rambly occassionally, so there aren't that many of these as often as you might think. I write truely personal stuff maybe only a few times a year if that. My current regular postings are mostly my writing plans for the weekend in hopes that I'll manage to cross off some items from the list.
I very rarely take part in friending or hate memes. (Seen a few of these going around fandom and I don't see the point.) If I hate something enough to want to rant and rave about it, there'll be an entry in my journal ranting and raving about it. Joining in on a hate meme just adds fuel to a fire that doesn't need to be burning.
As for friending: Either you want to friend me or you don't. *shrugs* If you're friending me just to keep track of my fanfic, you don't need me to friend you back. If you want to be a closer friend, talk to me! Give me a nudge and say so. I don't tend to mutually friend people I don't recognise or can't place at a glance and sometimes I just need to be reminded of where we met. *sheepish grin* The internets being the way it is, I might know you by another name from somewhere else. (Also... memory like a sieve if I'm not reminded often. *sweatdrop*)
